Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods, holidays, promotional events, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local carrier operations.
Typical delivery times are:
United States: 7 to 15 business days
Canada: 8 to 18 business days
United Kingdom: 7 to 15 business days
Europe: 8 to 18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8 to 18 business days
Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and delays caused by customs authorities or local carriers. These charges and delays are outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products can be legally imported into their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Marked-as-Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier’s responsibility.
MyShefra is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to help you file a claim or review possible solutions.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at usa3dart@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the package and item.
We will review the case and work to provide an appropriate solution.
Split Shipments
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or logistics.
If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Delivery Refusal or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused by the customer or remains unclaimed and is returned, any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
