At MyShefra, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Be unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable)
• Be in its original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a product that is:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• your order number
• photos of the issue

This allows us to evaluate the problem quickly and provide a solution such as a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• personalized or custom-made products
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• personal care goods (such as beauty products)
• hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• gift cards

Sale items or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the fastest solution is to:

  1. request a return for the original item

  2. place a new order for the replacement product


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
